AML is led by co-owners Kellen Rossitto and Shane Beyer, who bring decades of leadership and field experience to every project. We prioritize hiring veterans and partnering with local subcontractors to strengthen communities while delivering exceptional results.

Kellen is a retired federal law enforcement officer and U.S. Army veteran with extensive experience managing operations across the country. His background in military and government service provides AML with strategic insight, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of public-sector requirements.

Shane brings a strong foundation in construction, equipment operations, logistics, and resource management. He oversees AML’s construction teams and field operations, implementing best practices that ensure quality, efficiency, and contract compliance across every job.
